6 chicken drumsticks
2 endives (chopped)
1 apple (peeled, chopped)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Parsley
Croquettes or fries of choice
For the marinade:
5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves
2 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper
Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
Coat the chicken drumsticks with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Mix the endive, apple, mayonnaise, and parsley, then set aside in the refrigerator.
Preheat the SnackTastic.
Bake the chicken drumsticks for 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F), then another 10 minutes at 150°C (302°F).
Serve with the endive-apple salad and croquettes or fries of your choice.
