Savory Madeleines with Parmesan Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 80 g pastry flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 160 g Greek yogurt
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • A handful of sun-dried tomatoes
  • Italian herbs

Preparation

  • Place the flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, and yogurt in the food processor and mix on a low setting.
  • Then add the Parmesan cheese, the sun-dried tomatoes cut into fine pieces, and the Italian herbs.
  • Preheat the waffle maker and grease it with oil.
  • Fill the molds three-quarters full with the batter and bake on setting 4-5 (medium) for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
