Japanese Yakitori with chicken



400 gm chicken cubes or diced chicken fillet
4 spring onions
4 tbsp ginger syrup
100 ml soy sauce
75 ml of Mirin
1 tsp brown sugar


Put the ginger syrup, Mirin, soy sauce and brown sugar together.
Cut the spring onions and add them to the mixture.
Finally add the chicken cubes to the marinade and leaveit in for half an hour. Preheat the SnackTastic® to 180 ° and place the chicken cubes on skewers.
