Kaltbach cheese fondue with carrot fries

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 packs of Kaltbach fondue cheese

Further needed

FO 2580 Fondue ( 142086) of FO 2470 (142087) 

Preparation

  1. Place the Kaltbach fondue cheese pack in hot water for 30 seconds.
  2. Open the entire package.
  3. Remove the fondue ring from the FRITEL fondue pot.
  4. Pour the cheese into the FRITEL fondue pot, ensuring the level is between the minimum and maximum markings.
  5. Replace the fondue ring.
  6. Plug the power cord into an outlet.
  7. Set the thermostat to medium.
  8. Stir occasionally to create a smooth mixture.
  9. Once the desired temperature is reached, the indicator light will turn off. You’re ready to enjoy your fondue.
  10. Serve the cheese fondue with a crunchy twist, such as carrot fries.

Important note:

  • Do not let the cheese bubble or boil. If this happens, lower the thermostat immediately.
  • Heat the cheese slowly to avoid overcooking or burning.
  • If the temperature seems too low, you can carefully turn the thermostat up a bit.
