Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g sifted flour
- 125 g butter (melted)
- packet vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Further needed
FRITEL WaffleTastic® CW 3638 Combi waffle maker 4x7
Preparation
- Beat the eggs with the sugar for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the flour, melted butter, vanilla sugar, and salt.
- Let the batter rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Preheat the device, then fill each mold with 2 tablespoons of batter.
- Bake for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
