Mini quiche with salmon, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dill
  • 1 salmon fillet (cut into small cubes)
  • 4 mini mozzarella balls (halved)
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • (Silicone) muffin molds
  • Round cutters slightly larger than the muffin molds

Preparation

  • Whisk the eggs and cream together until smooth.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and dill.
  • Use the cutters to create 8 circles from the puff pastry. Place these into the muffin molds.
  • Add one piece of salmon, half a mozzarella ball, and half a cherry tomato to each mold.
  • Fill the molds halfway with the egg mixture.
  • Preheat the SnackTastic® to 180°C. Bake the quiches for 10 minutes.
  • Serve as a snack or appetizer, optionally with a side salad.

Tips

Tip: Got leftovers? Use them to make extra quiches or a tasty omelette.
