Spooky vanilla waffles with white chocolate
Ingredients
• 270 g flour
• 150 g sugar
• 2 packets of vanilla sugar
• 150 g butter (melted and cooled)
• 3 eggs
• 100 g white chocolate
• Edible eyes
• Piping bag

Preparation
- Mix the flour, sugar, and vanilla sugar together.
- Add the melted butter and eggs, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook for 2 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (bain-marie) and place it in a piping bag.
- Drizzle white chocolate over the waffles.
- Add the edible eyes and let the chocolate cool down.
