Homemade Kibbeling

Ingredients

  • 500 grams cod fillet
  • 200 grams flour
  • 320 ml sparkling water
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • fish seasoning
  • frying fat

Preparation

Heat the fryer to 180°C.
Separate the egg.
Mix the yolk with the flour, sparkling water, and salt.
Whisk the egg white until foamy.
Add it to the batter.
Cut the cod into cubes.
Season with fish seasoning.
Dip each piece in the batter and fry until golden brown.
Make sure they don't stick to the bottom.
Serve the kibbeling with tartar sauce.
