Checklist
Return within 14 working days of receiving product- Product is unused (testing once is also used)
- Product is undamaged (If the product was delivered damaged, this must be reported within 24 hours of receipt)
- Product is in the original packaging
Returns will be refused in the following cases:
Device has been used (testing once also means used)- Product is damaged (you may only assess a product as you would in a store).If the product was delivered damaged, this must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
- Product is not in the original packaging
