How do I clean the Teppanyaki?

Always allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning. The base of the appliance can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The baking plate can be washed by hand with warm water and detergent. NEVER immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. The teppanyaki may NOT be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Can the Teppanyaki be used outdoors?

This is possible if no moist precipitation can get on the device and if the cord is checked regularly.

Which ingredients should you not use on the Teppanyaki?

Never use frozen foods! If you use thawed food, first dab off the excess liquid. Otherwise you will not get a good baking result.
