A healthy start begins at your desk. At FRITEL, we care about well-being in the workplace. Following our 2024 ergonomics session, we kicked off the year with concrete actions. The result? Brand-new ergonomic office chairs and sit-stand desks, offering more comfort, flexibility, and smiling colleagues.

Every employee received a brand-new ergonomic office chair that can be fully adjusted to their individual needs. From backrests to armrests – everything is adaptable for perfect posture. Back pain? A thing of the past.

Get up, move along

We took it one step further with the introduction of sit-stand desks, allowing teams to alternate between sitting and standing.
Our Sales team was the first to move into their brand-new workspace – including a meeting room where stand-up meetings are the norm: energizing and straight to the point!

Now we’re in phase two: our Purchasing, Quality, and R&D departments have also had a makeover. New workspaces, a new vibe – and yes, you can feel the difference.
