I’m often asked: “What are you most proud of?”
And honestly? Of everything.
Because every action we take, no matter how small or big, makes an impact.
Making an impact is better than standing still and waiting for someone else to act. And that’s not what we do at FRITEL.

We want to contribute to the future of the next generation and actively commit to sustainability, innovation, and responsibility.

Still, there are a few initiatives that are especially close to my heart, because they show that real change truly starts with doing.

Another question I often get is: “Do you get support from management for this?”
And my answer is simple: yes. It’s not something to be taken for granted in the business world.

Sustainability takes effort. It requires choices, time, and sometimes extra costs.
But it’s rewarding to look at the long-term return — for the company, the employees, and the planet.
