Thinking outside the box is part of our DNA, not just in job descriptions, but in everything we do. Including HR. So when International Women's Day shows up on the calendar, our colleagues already know: this won't be your standard flowers-on-the-desk moment. Quite the opposite.
A real women’s day, year after year
For years, we’ve been celebrating it our way. No speeches or pink gadgets, but an evening focused on experience, connection, and joy. And that’s how our annual ladies' night out was born.
This year’s edition took place in the enchanting Castle of Ordingen. Picture this: elegant dinner, wonderful company, a setting that’s truly impressive — and yes, we admit it — wine, lots of wine. 🍷
What makes this evening so special? It’s more than just relaxation. It’s a moment to pause together, laugh, enjoy culinary treats, and simply… be colleagues, without deadlines hanging over us.
And what about the men?
We hear you thinking: what about the men? No worries: we’re equal opportunity celebrators.
In November, the men gather at their own table — in a meat lover’s paradise. Think ribeye, craft beers, and yes — we’ll admit it again — original (and sometimes not-so-original) jokes flowing freely. 🎉
A little extra we’re truly grateful for
We know these kinds of initiatives aren’t a given. They take time, effort, and above all: a company culture that puts people first. That’s why we’re extra thankful to our CEO.
It shows once again that connection is just as important as KPIs and reports.
In short: International Women's Day at our company? It’s not just a date. It’s a celebration. And one we’re proud of.
