To prevent the motor from overheating, the direction of rotation changes when the mixture becomes too thick. If the direction continues to change repeatedly, switch off the appliance. The ice cream may already have reached its maximum firmness.

The motor stops automatically if it overheats. Switch off the appliance, unplug it and allow the motor to cool down for a while before using the appliance again.

No. The parts are not dishwasher-safe. All parts, except the motor unit, can be cleaned in warm soapy water. Dry them thoroughly afterwards. Only clean the motor unit with a damp cloth and never immerse it in water or any other liquid.

Make sure the freezing bowl is completely dry before placing it in the freezer. Preferably store the bowl in a tightly sealed plastic bag to prevent ice formation.

No. Never touch the frozen freezing bowl with wet hands. Protect your hands when removing the bowl from the freezer to prevent cold burns.
