The product was purchased online at fritel.com 
(for products purchased at a retail outlet: please contact the retail outlet)
 

Return within 14 working days after receipt of the product

Product is unused (testing it once also counts as used)

Product is undamaged (If the product was delivered damaged, this must be reported within 24 hours after receipt)

Product is in the original packaging 

Returns will be refused in the following cases:
