Only use induction-compatible cookware with a diameter between 12 cm and 26 cm. You can easily test this by placing a magnet against the bottom of the pan. If it sticks, the pan is suitable for induction cooking.

Induction technology only works when suitable cookware is placed on the cooking zone. Without a pan, or with unsuitable cookware, the appliance will not heat up.

The cooking plate offers 10 power levels ranging from 200 W to 2000 W.

You can choose from 10 temperature levels ranging from 60°C to 240°C.

Yes. A temperature setting of approximately 60°C to 70°C is recommended for keeping prepared food warm.

Select the timer via the MODE button and set the desired cooking time with the rotary knob. The timer can be set from 1 minute up to 3 hours. When the timer ends, the appliance automatically returns to standby mode.

Yes. If no timer is used, the appliance automatically switches to standby mode after 2 hours.

Yes. Some noise during cooking is normal and depends on the cookware being used. The sound usually decreases after a few minutes.

This is normal. The fan continues running for a while to cool the internal components, even when the appliance is already in standby mode.

Always unplug the appliance first and allow it to cool completely. Clean the glass surface with a soft damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn dirt, use a ceramic hob cleaner. Never immerse the appliance in water.

  • E01: Short circuit detected. Unplug the appliance, wait a few minutes and try again.
  • E02: Temperature sensor overheated or defective. Allow the appliance to cool down.
  • E03: Mains voltage is too high or too low. Check the electrical supply.
