Attach the grinding chamber to the motor unit, insert the worm screw, mount the knife with the cutting edge facing outward, place the desired grinding plate and tighten the ring nut securely. Incorrect assembly may result in poor grinding performance and a blunt knife.

The MG 2570 comes with three grinding plates:

• Fine: Ø 3 mm
• Medium: Ø 5 mm
• Coarse: Ø 7 mm

This allows you to select the desired grinding texture.

Yes. Frozen meat must be fully thawed before grinding. Cut the meat into pieces or strips of approximately 2.5 cm beforehand.

No. Always remove bones, cartilage and tendons before grinding meat. These can damage or block the appliance.

If the appliance becomes blocked, press the REV button. The worm screw will rotate in the opposite direction to help release the blockage.

Switch off the appliance, unplug it and disassemble the meat grinder. Remove the cause of the blockage before using the appliance again.

Yes. The appliance includes a sausage attachment. You can work with or without sausage casings. If using casings, soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes first.

The included Kibbeh attachment allows you to make hollow meat rolls used for traditional Middle Eastern Kibbeh dishes.

No. Always use the supplied pusher. Never use your hands, spoons, spatulas or other objects.

No. All parts except the motor unit should be cleaned by hand in warm soapy water. The parts are not dishwasher safe and should be washed and dried immediately after use.

Dry the plates immediately after cleaning. Then lightly coat them with vegetable oil and store them in greaseproof paper.

The maximum continuous operating time is 10 minutes. Afterwards, let the appliance cool down for at least 30 minutes before using it again.
