Assemble the parts in the correct order: first place the juice reservoir on the base, then install the press cone, filter, lid and lock everything securely. Ensure all parts are properly fitted before switching on the appliance.

Cut large ingredients into smaller pieces first. Feed them gradually through the feeding chute and only use the supplied pusher. Never use your fingers or utensils.

If ingredients become stuck, switch the appliance to OFF first. Wait 1–2 seconds, then switch to REV for 2–3 seconds before returning to OFF and then ON.

This may happen if too many ingredients are added at once or if the motor protection activates. Reduce the amount of ingredients and allow the appliance to cool down before restarting.

Large or hard ingredients can cause more noise. Cutting ingredients into smaller pieces will help reduce the noise level.

Clean the appliance immediately after use. Wash the removable parts with water and a soft cloth or brush. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners or aggressive chemicals. The parts are not dishwasher safe.

Soak the filter in lukewarm water for a few minutes and then gently clean it using the supplied cleaning brush.

The silicone stopper seals the juice outlet during juicing. Remove it after use for cleaning and place it back correctly afterwards.
