How do you clean the baking plates?
Let the appliance cool down
completely. NEVER use hard brushes but a soft cloth and suds. Make sure the
appliance doesn’t get plunged under water or any other liquid. The baking
plates can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
When is the CW ready for use? What lights have to be lit before one can start baking?
When you
put the electrical plug in the outlet a red light will appear automatically.
Put the thermostat on position 5 or 6. Wait until the green control lamp lights
up (the red light will always stay lit) before putting ingredients on the
grill. For a fast heating you should keep the appliance closed.
Tip: Be careful with sharp objects !
Do not use sharp objects on the baking plate, this can damage the non-stick coating.
To maintain the baking plate, we recommend that you lubricate it regularly with some oil.
Is the grill plate dishwasher proof?
You can and are allowed to put them in the
dishwasher; however, we recommend to clean them in hot water with detergent.
Can the BBQs also be used indoors?
Yes, the BBQs are removable and can be used separately as a table grill, both indoors and outdoors.
What is the hinged lid for?
The lid ensures the perfect cooking of your food and easy handling, but also serves for dust-free storage.
Are the baking plates allowed in the dishwasher?
The removable baking plates are
dishwasher proof and therefore can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Once in a
while oil the plates for a long sustainability.
Which ingredients are not suited for the baking plate?
Never use frozen foods! If defrosted
foods are used first dabble the excessive water. Otherwise you will cook the
food instead of baking it and you won’t have the desired baked result.

The baking plates don’t stay in place and are coming loose. Wat should I do?
You can adjust the clip bracket,
which is made of hardened steel, a little. It doesn’t do any harm and it can’t
ever become distorted or broken.
