Preparation
Cut the potatoes into pieces and mix under a little olive oil, coarse salt and rosemary, bake for 8 minutes in the SnackTastic at 180 degrees.
Cut the leeks into pieces and mix under a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Season the salmon with pepper.
Add the leeks and salmon topped with the mozzarella and continue baking for 8 minutes at 180 degrees and serve.
