Apple turnovers

Ingredients

2 sheets of puff pastry
1 apple
cinnamon
sugar
1 egg

Preparation

Start peeling your apple and remove the core.
Cut the apple into small cubes and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste.
Take a slice of puff pastry and put some apple on it.
Fold the puff pastry in the shape of a triangle.
Do not forget to press the edges well.
Beat the egg and cover the puff pastry with it.
If necessary, take some sugar to sprinkle over the top.
Allow the SnackTastic® to preheat to 200 degrees and bake your puff pastry for 10 minutes.
