Sustainability starts with our staff
We believe that a healthy working environment contributes to a productive workday. That’s why we recently purchased ergonomic office chairs and introduced sit-stand desks to offer our employees a comfortable working posture. But that's not all... In the past, we also organized ergonomics sessions for office staff and workers, and we are currently working on new work clothing that is both stylish and sustainable. To further boost the productivity and energy of our employees, we have also created a relaxation space, a place where people can recharge and then perform optimally.

CO2 reduction: We take responsibility
We want to promote the well-being of our employees, but also contribute to a more sustainable world. After conducting a CO2 scan and implementing action points, we are now further focusing on making our processes future-proof. We have set KPIs to measure our progress and reduce emissions where possible. This way, we ensure that we make a positive impact not only now but also in the future.

Procurement policy: Sustainable and local purchasing
Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond our energy consumption. We have updated our procurement policy to support local, sustainable choices. We buy locally where possible and opt for fair trade products and long-term partnerships with more sustainable partners. It's all about responsible choices and strengthening relationships that contribute to a better world.

Smart energy savings: Efficiency in everything
At FRITEL, we make products that are good for you and the planet. Our egg cooker saves no less than 65% energy compared to cooking eggs on the stove, while our new slow cooker with a delay-start function (launching summer 2025!) makes it possible to plan your cooking times and avoid peak consumption. In addition, our air fryers offer a healthier alternative with less oil and more energy efficiency. Sustainable cooking has never been easier!
