Small hands, big gesture. Birdhouses for a good cause!

Our garden recently became a bit greener and happier thanks to a heartwarming project in collaboration with the pupils of Kids School. After the success of last year’s five-star insect hotel, we joined forces again for a sustainable and creative initiative: hand-painted birdhouses that brighten up our garden and help support biodiversity in the area.

Behind the scenes

Each student received two birdhouses: one to take home and one to hang in the FRITEL garden. On May 21, the festive unveiling took place. The children saw their colorful creations shine among the trees. The result? A garden full of life, color and wonder. This project demonstrates how sustainability can go hand in hand with education and creativity.

Kids School in Hasselt offers specialized education for children with unique needs in a positive and stimulating learning environment. Collaborating with them means a lot to us. We believe in supporting local initiatives that give children the chance to show their talents while contributing something valuable to their surroundings.

At FRITEL, we stand for more than just innovative kitchen appliances. We are also committed to social responsibility and sustainability. This project is a beautiful example of how small actions can make a big difference. A project we are proud of!
