• 250 g halloumi 
• 1 red bell pepper 
• 1 zucchini 
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to make it:

1. Cut the halloumi, pepper, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
2. Thread everything alternately onto skewers.
