Responsible entrepreneurship balances people, the environment, and the economy. FRITEL also does its part, focusing on circularity, minimizing waste creation, maximizing material reuse, and energy efficiency.

When developing new products, energy consumption and safety are key priorities. Additionally, our logistics processes are designed to minimize the ecological footprint. We deliberately choose sea transport, reusable Europallets and boxes, recyclable plastics, paper tape, etc. More than that: we strive to use fully plastic-free packaging in the future.

Thanks to spare parts, in-house repairs, and good maintenance, our devices last longer. If a device cannot be repaired, all components are given a new life. Our zero-waste mindset is also reflected in our customer communication. In response to rising living costs, we offer tips about 'cooking with leftovers' to reduce waste.

And not to forget, sustainability is also strongly embraced in the workplace itself. We consistently sort all our waste, drink tap water from our reusable bottles, and are working on making our fleet and electricity supply greener!
