FRITEL achieves the official SDG Pioneer certificate

A special moment, and at the same time a reward for our three-year sustainability journey, guided by VOKA.

I am often asked: “What are you most proud of?”

And honestly? Of everything.

Because every action we take, no matter how small or big, makes an impact.

Making an impact is better than sitting still and waiting for someone else to do it. And that's not what we want at FRITEL.

We want to contribute to the future of the next generation and actively commit to sustainability, innovation, and responsibility.

Still, there are some initiatives that are especially close to my heart, because they show that change really starts with action.

Another question I am often asked is: “Do you get support from management for this?”

And then I answer wholeheartedly: yes. And that is not a given in the business world.

Sustainability requires effort. It requires choices, time, and sometimes extra costs.

But too often, people forget to look at the long-term return, for the company, the employees, and the planet.

At FRITEL, we believe that sustainability is not a cost, but an investment in the future.
