International Women’s Day… but just a little different

A truly special Women’s Day, every single year

For years, we’ve done things our own way. No speeches or pink swag, but an evening focused on experience, connection, and pure fun. That’s become our annual women’s outing.

This year, it took place in the enchanting Castle of Ordingen. Picture: a stylish dinner, delightful company, a setting that makes an impression, and—we can’t deny it—wine, lots of wine. 🍷

What makes this night so special? It’s more than just relaxation. It’s a moment to pause together, to laugh, to enjoy culinary treats, and simply… to be colleagues among each other, without agendas or deadlines.

But what about the men?

We can already hear you thinking: what about the men? Don’t worry, we’re equal opportunity celebrators.

Every November they join the table at a fabulous steakhouse. Think ribeye, hearty beers and yes—we’ll admit it—original (and sometimes less original) jokes flowing freely with dessert. 🎉

A little extra we’re truly thankful for

We realize that these kinds of initiatives aren’t a given. They take time, attention and most importantly: a company culture that values people. That’s why we’re all the more grateful to our CEO for this annual treat. It proves that fun and connection are at least as important as KPIs and reports.

In short: International Women’s Day at our company? Not just another day. It’s a celebration. And we’re proud of that.
