A healthy body starts at the workplace, and at FRITEL we take this to heart. Following an ergonomics session in 2024, we kicked off the year with concrete actions. The result? New office chairs and sit-stand desks that bring more comfort, flexibility, and smiling colleagues.

Sit the way you want

Every employee received a new ergonomic office chair that can be fully adjusted to personal preferences. From back support to armrests: everything is customizable for perfect sitting posture. Back pain? We’re leaving that behind.

Stand up, move along

We went a step further by introducing sit-stand desks, so our teams can alternate between sitting and standing work. We began in the brand-new office for the Sales team, including a meeting room where standing meetings are the norm—energetic and to the point!

Meanwhile, we have started phase two: the desks for Purchasing, Quality, and R&D have also gotten a makeover. New workspaces, new vibe—and you can feel it.
