We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service and Export colleague with a passion for sales and a hands-on mentality. In our warm and close-knit team, you will learn all the ins and outs of back office sales and get the chance to develop yourself. Ready to make a difference?

Producer of electric kitchen appliances such as deep fryers, air fryers, waffle makers, teppanyakis, gourmet appliances, soup makers, ice cream makers and many more

Located in Hasselt, behind the Pukkelpop field, with ample parking in front of the door (or a bus connection in the street)

Your responsibilities

You are the point of contact for our customers (Flanders, B2B & Export)

You work closely with our Account Managers and know their files

You create creative quotations and promotions that convince customers

You create inspiring and informative mailings for your export customers

You follow up your files from A to Z and process orders

You research new markets and opportunities

You work digitally and use AI tools to make your work easier

What do we expect from you?

You think commercially and customer-oriented

You are accurate and organized

Dutch, English and French come easily to you (German is a plus)

You have a smooth digital mindset

You enjoy working together and like to think ‘out of the box’
