Ingredients

200 gm pastry flour (sieved)
250 ml milk (lukewarm = +/- 30°C)
2 packets of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
A little extra sugar
Whipped cream
StrawberryJam
Strawberries
Blueberries
Chocolatepaste
Red fruitcoulis

Preparation

Put the milk in a mixing bowl and then add the eggs and whisk into a whole.
Then add the flour systematically with continuous stirring.
Beat the whole until you get a liquid, but smooth whole.
Take your FRITEL waffle maker with the pancake baking trays, set it to thermostat position6 and let your waffle maker heat up.
Put the dough in your waffle maker with a small ladle, close the waffle maker and let it bake for +/- 1 min. 30 sec.
Let your pancakes cool down.
Place the first pancake on a large plate with a flat bottom. Put a layer of firm whipped cream on it and put the next pancake on it. Apply strawberry jam and put another pancake on it. Put whipped cream and slices of fresh strawberry on the following pancake. Cover the following pancake with chocolate paste. Repeat this with as many pancakesas you want.
Top with strawberries,blueberries, red berries and some fruit coulis.
