Crunchy banana strips

Ingredients

100 g banana
50 g egg white

Further needed

DH 2025 Dehydrator

Preparation

Mix the ingredients together into a smooth dough and spread it as thinly as possible on baking paper. Dry it at 65 degrees in the DH 2025 until it is crispy.

Tips

Finish off your dessert or ice cream with some crunchy banana strips. Or add them to muesli or yoghurt!
