Grilled pork fillet with paprika-chorizo-tomato



1 kg roast of pork fillet
2 red paprikas
130 gm spicy chorizo
1 big onion
4 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
1 sprig of thyme
1 tsp of paprika powder
1 tsp of cayenne pepper


Season the roast with salt and pepper and place it on the SnackTastic® grill pan.
Put a lump of 50 gm butter on top.
Bake in theSnackTastic® at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
Then add the chopped vegetables and chorizo, and season with the cayenne pepper and paprikapowder.
Allow to cook for another 12 minutes.
