Sometimes the puzzle pieces just fall into place. That’s exactly what happened with Anny, a third-year Business and Languages student at PXL University of Applied Sciences. What started as an internship under the wings of our marketing department grew into a valuable collaboration that now continues... with her as a full-fledged colleague!

A Flying Start in Marketing
When Anny began her internship with us, it was immediately clear: she had potential. She quickly got to work translating mailings, product sheets, and user manuals. All tasks that require not only language skills but also a keen eye for detail. And she mastered that perfectly.

Commercial Talent in the Right Place
During her internship, we noticed that Anny not only has a knack for language, but also a strong commercial instinct. She contributes ideas, asks the right questions, and quickly understands what customers and consumers really need.

And at that moment, internal opportunities arose: we were looking for support for our sales back office. So, it made perfect sense to let Anny try out the role.

The Rest is History
That trial period turned out to be a bullseye. Anny proved to be eager to learn, engaged, and a true team player. When her internship ended in May, one thing was certain: we wanted more of this.

And we’re thrilled that she’ll be joining us again next month — this time as a permanent team member. Because when something works, it works. And then it’s just a matter of going for it.
