Marinated chicken fillet in the SnackTastic®

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1 onion
  • 40 gm ginger
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 12 cl rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp râs al hânout
  • 12 cl dark soy sauce
  • Dash olive oil

Preparation

Peel the onion and the piece of ginger.

Cut the onion, ginger, and red chili into large pieces.

Remove the seeds from the chili if you prefer a less spicy marinade.

Put the onion, ginger, and chili pieces in a blender and blend into a paste.

Add ras el hanout, dark soy sauce, and rice vinegar.

Mix everything well in a mixing bowl.

Coat the chicken fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well covered.

Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the SnackTastic® to 200°C.

Place the marinated chicken fillets on the grill plate of the SnackTastic®.

Set the time to 12 minutes and cook until the chicken is golden and fully cooked.
