Mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
Then add the egg and mix well.
Fold in the almond flour and vanilla extract to create a smooth, homogeneous batter.
Cover and let the batter rest briefly in the refrigerator.
Cut out four circles from the puff pastry. Use the tart tin by turning it upside down on the dough and cutting around it with a knife. Repeat until you have four circles in total.
Grease the tart tins with butter (or line them with baking paper). Place a circle of puff pastry in each tin.
Distribute the almond filling over the tins and hide the dried bean in one of the tarts.
Cover with a second puff pastry circle, fold the edges inward, and press them well so the dough doesn’t come loose during baking.
Brush the top with the beaten egg.
Preheat the SnackTastic®. Place the tarts in the basket and bake for 15 minutes at 160°C.
