- 2 thick slices of coarse bread

- cream cheese with garden herbs

- ripe avocados (peeled and pitted)

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- pepper

- 2 slices of smoked salmon

- 2 eggs

- garden cress for garnish (optional)

- extra: FRITEL toaster and egg cooker

Bereiding

Mash the avocado flesh with the lemon juice and season to taste with pepper. Mix or blend until smooth.

Hard-boil the eggs in the egg cooker. Then rinse them under cold water, peel them, and cut them into slices.

Toast the bread in the toaster.

Spread the toasted bread with cream cheese and then divide the avocado spread over it.

Finish with smoked salmon and a few slices of egg. Garnish with some fresh garden cress if desired.
