Ingredients
For the waffles:
- 250 g grated potatoes
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 125 g melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 250 g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 ml milk
For the filling:
- 100 g arugula
- 4 tbsp basil pesto
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 mozzarella balls, sliced
