Chocolat waffles (WA 2224)

  • 300 gm self-rising flour (sieved)
  • 450 gm melted butter
  • 375 gm fine sugar
  • 60 gm cacao powder
  • 4 eggs,
  • 400 ml lukewarm milk
  • 3 tsp vanilla aroma
  • Pinch of salt


Preparation time: 15 min.
  1. Mix the flour, cacao powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add the melted butter, vanilla aroma and eggs and mix to a smooth texture.
  2. Make the batter more liquid by adding the milk.
  3. Let the batter rest for +/- 20 minutes
  4. Take your FRITEL Top Fill waffle maker, set it to thermostat position 5 and let it warm up until you hear the sound signal.
  5. Pour the batter into the measuring cup.
  6. Fill the measuring scoop provided (WA 2224) all the way to the brim with the liquid mixture.,
  7. Pour it at the top into your waffle iron and leave to bake until you hear the sound signal
