For 20 pieces:
250 gm flour
200 gm fine sugar
125 gm melted butter
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
10 cl of milk


Put the dry ingredients into a bowl and then add the liquid ingredients, zest of lemon and mix well.
The dough will be very thick.
Leave in the fridge for at least an hour. For the best result, do this the day before.
Set the CW to position 4 and put 4 balls of dough on the waffle plate and bake for 2,5 to 3 minutes depending on the desired color.
