Smoothie on the go with strawberry and oatmeal

125 ml almond milk
half a hand strawberries
1 tbsp of oatmeal flakes
1 quarter banana


Put all the ingredients for the smoothie in the BlendandGo and mix smooth.
Turn the drinking ring or lid on the mug and take the smoothie to work, sport,... or pour the smoothie into a glass and serve with a fresh strawberry.


If you are a fan of solid flavours, you can add a bit of vanilla extract.
