Airfryer French Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of brioche or milk bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Candico Kandij Cassonade Blond + extra for serving
  • Butter for serving
  • Cooking spray, for greasing

Preparation

Place the milk, eggs, Candico Kandij Cassonade Blond, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a deep plate.

Mix well with a fork or small whisk until combined.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.

Grease the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Dip two slices of bread at a time into the mixture, place them in the air fryer (do not overlap) and bake for 8 minutes.

Flip halfway through.

Repeat for the remaining slices.

Finish with some butter while still hot and sprinkle with extra Candico Kandij Cassonade Blond.
