Banana ice cream smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen mango
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • Vanilla protein powder (optional)

Preparation

Take the frozen fruit out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. This makes blending easier and results in an extra creamy smoothie.
Blend the thawed fruit together with the yogurt and optionally some vanilla protein powder in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl and finish with some crunchy granola for a delicious crunch.
