Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add the cold butter and rub it in until the mixture becomes crumbly.
Add the milk and form the dough into a smooth ball.
Meanwhile, mix the brown sugar, softened butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle of about 30×40 cm.
Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log.
Use a sharp knife or unflavoured dental floss to cut the log into 4 equal slices.
Place the slices in the airfryer basket.
Air fry for 15 minutes at 170°C until golden brown and cooked through.
Whisk the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract into a smooth glaze.
Adjust the consistency by adding more milk for a thinner glaze or more sugar for a thicker one.
Drizzle the warm cinnamon rolls generously with the glaze. Serve immediately while warm and soft.
