Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt, then add to the batter.
Mix everything until smooth and lump-free.
Pour small portions of batter into the waffle iron and bake until golden brown and crispy.
Let the waffles cool briefly on a wire rack.
Melt the ruby chocolate using a double boiler or mix white chocolate with a few drops of red food coloring.
Dip part of the waffles in the pink chocolate and sprinkle with white chocolate chips and cranberries.
Let the chocolate set and serve the waffles beautifully on a plate.
