WaffleTastic® Taco wraps with chicken
Ingredients
Chicken:
- 200 gr chicken cubes
- 1 red onion
- 1 pointed pepper
- 1.5 tbsp taco seasoning
- 70 gr corn (from a can)
Taco topping:
- 6 small taco wraps
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 shallot
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 tomato
- Sour cream
- Pepper and salt
- Fresh coriander
Extra:
Oil, butter or baking spray
Further needed
WaffleTastic® with teppanyaki baking plates
Preparation
- Heat the WaffleTastic with teppanyaki plate, flip it all the way open and grease with a little olive oil.
- Finely chop the red onion and fry on one half of the teppanyaki plate.
- Then add the chicken pieces and taco seasoning.
- Also dice the sweet pepper and stir-fry for a few minutes. Drain the maize and finally spoon it through the mixture.
- Chop the shallot, garlic and tomato.
- Mash the avocado and mix with the shallot, tomato, a little lime juice, pepper and salt.
- On the other teppanyaki plate, heat the taco wraps until slightly browned.
- Then serve the warm tacos topped with some diced chicken, a scoop of guacamole, a scoop of sour cream and a little fresh coriander.
