WaffleTastic® Taco wraps with chicken

Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 200 gr chicken cubes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 pointed pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 70 gr corn (from a can)

Taco topping:

  • 6 small taco wraps
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1 shallot
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • Sour cream
  • Pepper and salt
  • Fresh coriander


Extra:

Oil, butter or baking spray

Preparation

  • Heat the WaffleTastic with teppanyaki plate, flip it all the way open and grease with a little olive oil.
  • Finely chop the red onion and fry on one half of the teppanyaki plate.
  • Then add the chicken pieces and taco seasoning.
  • Also dice the sweet pepper and stir-fry for a few minutes. Drain the maize and finally spoon it through the mixture.
  • Chop the shallot, garlic and tomato.
  • Mash the avocado and mix with the shallot, tomato, a little lime juice, pepper and salt.
  • On the other teppanyaki plate, heat the taco wraps until slightly browned.
  • Then serve the warm tacos topped with some diced chicken, a scoop of guacamole, a scoop of sour cream and a little fresh coriander.
