FRITEL WaffleTastic® CW 3638 with pancake plates
In a bowl, mix the flour, milk and eggs.
Add a pinch of salt and whisk until smooth.
Let the batter rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the WaffleTastic with the pancake plates.
Bake thin, even pancakes and set aside.
Heat the milk in a small saucepan.
Add pepper, salt and nutmeg.
Gradually stir in the flour.
Reduce to medium heat and keep stirring.
Let the béchamel sauce thicken to a smooth, creamy consistency.
Add the grated cheese.
Add the diced ham and the crème fraîche.
Mix everything well.
Preheat the airfryer to 180 °C.
Place two spoonfuls of filling on one half of each pancake.
Fold the other half over.
Place the filled pancakes carefully into the airfryer basket.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until hot and lightly golden brown.
