Crispy Zucchini Sticks from the Airfryer SnackTastic®

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g flour
  • 80 g breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
  • 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Cooking oil spray

Preparation

Wash the zucchinis and cut them into even sticks about 1 cm thick.
In one bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
Beat the eggs in a second bowl and put the flour in a third bowl.
Dip each zucchini stick first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb-cheese mixture.
Preheat the airfryer to 200°C.
Place the zucchini sticks in a single layer in the airfryer basket and lightly spray them with oil.
Airfry the zucchini sticks for 10–12 minutes at 200°C until golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through.
Serve immediately with fresh parsley and a dip of your choice.
