For the base:
Topping 1: Classic Margherita
Topping 2: Pesto & Spinach
Topping 3: Four Cheeses
Topping 4: Tomato & Salami

Roll out the pizza dough and cut out rounds with a glass.
Place the dough rounds on baking paper.
Top some rounds with tomato sauce, mozzarella and oregano for the Margherita.
Top others with pesto, well-drained spinach and grated cheese for the Pesto & Spinach version.
For the four cheeses: mix mozzarella, Emmental, goat cheese or feta and Parmesan and divide over the bases.
For the salami version: spread tomato sauce, top with mozzarella and a slice of salami, and sprinkle with herbs.
Preheat the airfryer to 180°C if needed.
Place the mini pizzas in the airfryer basket without overlapping.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
Remove the pizzas from the airfryer and serve warm.
Optionally serve with a drink and some snacks on a nice platter.
