Nachos with cheese in a raclette pan

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of nacho chips
  • Cheddar cheese (block or shredded)
  • 1 jar jalapeño slices

Preparation

Place a few nachos in a small raclette pan or on a raclette grill.

Cover with pieces or shredded cheddar.

Heat under the raclette grill until the cheese is melted and gooey.

Finish with jalapeño slices and your favorite dips.

Tips

Choose your nachos: plain, cheese-flavored, or spicy!

Serve with guacamole, tomato salsa, or sour cream.
