Chocolate fondue with pieces of fruit and cake



225 gm pure chocolate, in pieces -3 dl whipping cream-2 tbsp grand Marnier (if desired) -25 gm butter


Put the chocolate, the cream and if desired the Grand Marnier in the fondue pan. Heat it up on a low flame until everything is melted. Stir regularly. Dispose the fruit and the cake on a large tray. Add the butter to the chocolate and stir until it has melted. All guests prick a piece of fruit or cake on their fondue forks. The person who loses his piece is in to do the dish washing.
